Is Malairte ASIC resistant?

No MLRT ASIC exists today, and a normal CPU or consumer NVIDIA GPU is genuinely competitive on the Malairte network right now. That is a deliberate design goal, not an accident. But it is a statement about the present, not a promise about the future: no proof-of-work network can guarantee permanent ASIC resistance, because whether a custom chip gets built is an economic question, not a cryptographic one. Anyone telling you a coin is ASIC-proof forever is overclaiming.
